1. Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing products, subscribing to services, or registering for events, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this website.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Breanna Williams (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you are a parent or legal guardian registering a teen for an event or purchasing a membership for a teen, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of your teen.
Nature of Services
Breanna Williams provides the following services:
• Digital and physical educational products
• Online courses
• Membership subscriptions
• Event registrations
• Faith-based coaching and mentorship services
• Faith-based content and community access
All services are provided for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and make purchases. Teens ages 13 to 17 may attend designated events and hold a membership only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as described in Teen Memberships and Events for Teens below. Our text messaging program is limited to adults 18 and older. Our website and services are not intended for children under 13.
Payments & Purchases
By making a purchase, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete billing information
• Authorize charges for products and subscriptions
• Pay all applicable taxes and fees
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at hello@breannawilliams.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Breanna Williams does not store, access, or retain full credit card information. All payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.
Subscription Services
Memberships renew automatically each month or year, as shown at the time of purchase, until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we will show you the price, how often you will be charged, and how to cancel, and we will ask for your agreement to the automatic renewal terms. After you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation with these details. Annual subscribers will receive a reminder before each renewal. If the price changes, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance.
To cancel: sign in to your account on our website and cancel from your account page, or email hello@breannawilliams.com. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Teen Memberships
A teen age 13 to 17 may hold a membership only if a parent or legal guardian purchases it. The parent or guardian is the account holder, provides the payment method, agrees to these Terms on the teen’s behalf, and is responsible for the teen’s use of the membership. Billing notices, renewal reminders, and cancellation confirmations are sent to the parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may cancel a teen’s membership at any time using the steps above.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:
• Digital products (courses, downloads, guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, due to the nature of digital content.
• Physical products are eligible for a refund if returned undamaged and unused within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to arrange a transfer.
• Coaching services are governed by a separate written coaching agreement provided at the time of enrollment.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at hello@breannawilliams.com.
Event Changes
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price. If we reschedule an event, you may use your ticket for the new date or request a refund.
Events for Teens
Some events are designed for teens ages 13 to 17. For these events:
• A parent or legal guardian must register the teen, pay any fees, and agree to these Terms on the teen’s behalf.
• A signed parent or guardian permission form, including a liability release, emergency contact, and consent for emergency medical treatment, is required before the teen may attend.
• Photos or video of teens are taken or shared only with written parent or guardian consent.
• Teens are supervised by screened and trained adults at all times.
• Event communications are sent to the parent or guardian.
• We may send a teen home, after contacting their parent or guardian, if their behavior puts themselves or others at risk. No refund is provided in that case.
Donations
Donations support our ministry and are voluntary and non-refundable. Breanna Williams is not a tax-exempt organization, and donations are not tax-deductible.
